Perylene Green

from €3.80

Perylene green is a highly unique and somewhat rare green. Perylene green comes from a black pigment which results in a moody single-pigment green that is non-replicatable in other single pigments made nowadays.

It creates interesting, desaturated mixes, but personally we like to use it more in its own mass tone.

Our perylene green comes from the original PBK31.

Pigment: PBK31

Opacity: 1

Lightfastness: 5

Staining: 3

Information is rated from 1 to 5, where 5 is lots/excellent, and 1 is low.

These watercolors are carefully crafted with professional quality pigments and a handmade binder, made out of gum arabic, and honey. We do not use clove oil in our paints.

Note: always swatch your colors before using them on a finished piece, the paper you are using might affect the color or the way the pigment behaves
