It is a deep, royal purple with a black granulation, but also some brighter hues when used in mass tone.

These watercolors are carefully crafted with professional quality pigments and a handmade binder, made out of gum arabic, and honey. We do not use clove oil in our paints.

Note: always swatch your colors before using them on a finished piece, the paper you are using might affect the color or the way the pigment behaves
