Blue Bird is a pastel blue tone. It has a cloudy look to it thanks to the Ultramarine Blue in this mix. Blue Bird is a nice color to use to paint birds with, as the natural granulation can give the illusion of feathers, it also works wonderfully for sky or clear-water scenes as the granulation might give the illusion of clouds or waves.

These watercolors are carefully crafted with professional quality pigments and a handmade binder, made out of gum arabic, and honey. We do not use clove oil in our paints.
