Annihilation - series 4

from €3.00

Annihilation is an ominous color. Its mass tone is this deep red color, with somewhat of a grey undertone. But when playing around more and adding more water Annihilation reveals a more turquoise-blue side.

We think Annihilation would be the perfect color for a grim painting, or it could also be used for the earth of an alien planet (or Mars!). We like to use it for clothing of dooming royalty as well.

Pigment: PG50+PR175

Opacity: 2

Lightfastness: 5

Staining: 3

Ratings go from 1 to 5. (1 is; few, low. 5 is; lots, very)

These watercolors are carefully crafted with professional quality pigments and a handmade binder, made out of gum arabic, and honey. We do not use clove oil in our paints.

Note: always swatch your colors before using them on a finished piece, the paper you are using might affect the color or the way the pigment behaves

Cobalt turquoise has a caution warning and is toxic to the environment so please be mindful when disposing of your paint water. If you are unsure of how to best handle these types of paints please message me. The usage of this paint is not harmful in itself, just handle the water with care and do not consume paint water.

In addition to that, we do not recommend letting children use this paint without supervision.
